SCEA founder Wallace Williams is an award-winning sports business director with more than 15 years’ experience in sports coaching at both fundamental and elite levels.

With a contagious passion for coaching and mentoring youth through sport, Wallace has extensive experience in delivering in-school multi-sports programs, one-on-one high performance training and running large-scale sports tournaments and sports events in South East Queensland.

His ability to foster a culture rich in camaraderie and create an environment where all youth can perform to their best ability (both on and off the court/field) has made him a highly sought-after sports coach and trainer on the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland.
