The SIX is where strength & conditioning and basketball combine. This program is run over three consecutive days, for two-hour sessions (5-7pm) and has been specially created for ballers who want to level up their game and take their training to a new level. This program is for those aged 15-18yo; playing at a competitive level (representative standard). This program is intentionally limited to two groups of SIX. Athletes will be testing in the areas of S&C including plyometrics, vertical jump, lateral movement and other S&C principles that apply directly to the game of basketball.
