The SIX is where strength & conditioning and basketball combine.
This program is run over three consecutive days, in two-hour sessions for two different age groups: 12-14yo @ 2-4pm and 15yo+ @ 4.30-6.30pm. This program has been specially created for ballers who want to level up their game and take their training to a new level.
This program is intentionally limited to two groups of SIX. Athletes will be testing in the areas of strength & conditioning, including plyometrics, vertical jump, lateral movement, and other strength & conditioning principles that apply directly to the game of basketball.
This program is for those aged 12-14 and 15+ years old; playing at a competitive level (representative standard).
